The controversial PhilStar article reported that Sen. Trillanes was allegedly being dubbed by US President Donald Trump as "little narco," but the article was unpublished a few hours after it was posted online.

Nieto, an avid supporter of PDR was employed by Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano as consultant at the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Due to the virality of the said PhilStar article which was also shared by Thinking Pinoy to his more than 1 million followers, it caught the attention of Sen. Trillanes who threatened to sue the blogger for his reactions to the article.
